Brochure websites take 24 hours to deliver from the moment you provide us with all the necessary information. It may be that there is a que as the service is often overbooked, you will be notified when your turn comes and when the work starts it will be ready in 24 hours.
All payments are paid upfront to reduce workload on our staff and we hate following up on payments.
Generally all payments are non refundable to some extent as taking on your project means we have turned away someone else and that is valuable time we cannot redeem.
However there are cases where we are the ones who fail to meet deadlines we do issue a refund, however there are things like domain fees which we cannot redeem we will be in a position to refund you what is available ofter domain and transactional fees.
No refund will be issues for difficult customers who just want to find fault or who feel entitled beyond what their fees allow. If you want unlimited changes and have more custom demands we will need to quote you for a custome job and we are more than happy to meet the demands of a demanding client until they are satisfied.
Yes we pay a once off fee of 20% on all our products, we do not pay you for just referring people to us, we pay you for the referral that becomes a customer, meaning if the person you refers does not buy no commission will be paid out.
All commissions are paid out on the 30th of every month in high volume seasons, but most commonly at the end of every transaction.
You apply on the website and once approved you will be given a coupon code unique to you that you use on your social media for your people to sign up for our services. if you use another persons code you will not get paid as the code is unique to them.
